Presenting a new chapter in the band’s ongoing exploration of death metal, the band is shaped by the influence of Infester, Disgorge from Mexico, Autopsy, Mortician, Crematory and Funebre, while also incorporating elements inspired by underground black metal acts such as Bestial Warlust, Archgoat and Blasphemy. The album brings together ten tracks that move between atmospheric passages and dense, punishing sections, beginning with Intro (The Disentombment) and concluding with Outro (Effluvia of the Mass Grave).

The release is available in several formats to accommodate collectors and supporters. The vinyl edition comes in two variants, with a demonic rust pressing limited to 100 copies and a black pressing limited to 150 copies. A CD version is available, along with a cassette limited to 50 units, and a T shirt run limited to 50 units has also been produced to accompany the album.
