Gore metal trailblazers EXHUMED are gearing up to unleash Red Asphalt, their next full‑throttle studio assault, landing February 20th through Relapse Records. The band fires the engine with a brand new video for the lead single “Unsafe At Any Speed”, a frantic burst of speed, grime, and road‑rash riffing that sets the tone for the carnage ahead.

Vocalist and guitarist Matt Harvey describes the album as a return to the everyday battleground that shaped the band’s worldview. He explains that Red Asphalt dives headfirst into the hazards, chaos, and dark humor of life on the American road, a place both familiar and unpredictably lethal.

Red Asphalt pushes EXHUMED’s signature deathgrind into new territory, fusing high‑velocity hooks with lurching grooves and a twisted fascination with vehicular doom. From the title track’s breakneck momentum to the grimy churn of “Shovelhead” and the crushing weight of “The Iron Graveyard,” the record captures the band at their most unhinged and energized.

EXHUMED will take Red Asphalt across North America from February 19th through March 21st, joined by Oxygen Destroyer and No/Más. After a brief break, the band heads overseas for a full European and UK tour with Gruesome from April 4th through May 2nd.
