COSCRADH return with a work of violent mysticism and ancestral force as they prepare to release their second full-length, Carving The Causeway To The Otherworld. The new single, “Caesar’s Revelation (Hibernia L. VI V. XIV ad XVI et XXIV),” is now available to stream.

The album draws its power from Ireland’s ancient landscapes and the forgotten rites that once shaped them. COSCRADH channel the atmosphere of peatlands, bog roads, and ritual pathways raised by tribal hands thousands of years ago. Their music summons the memory of conflict, sacrifice, and the spiritual sciences of the druidic world, forging a sound steeped in heritage and sharpened by the cold edge of myth.

Across the record, the band invokes the druid as both sky-watcher and war-prophet. The red glare of Mars becomes a sign of bloodshed, guiding Gaelic warriors who surrender themselves to the fury of Goac. Guitars ignite with the intensity of falling stars, their riffs carrying the weight of ancestral iron. Percussion strikes with the force of hooves on hardened earth, driving the band’s assault forward with relentless purpose. COSCRADH inhabit a realm between the living and the dead, shaping their music with the spiritual violence and cosmic awe that defined the old world.

Carving The Causeway To The Otherworld stands as a union of ritual aggression, linguistic revival, and celestial symbolism. The album binds together the war gods, carved idols, and star-born portents that once governed the Gaelic imagination. It presents the night sky as a fortress of omens and invites listeners to confront the ancient forces that linger beyond the veil.

The album was created in 2025 at Sun Studios and Studio One Temple Bar in Átha Cliath. Recording and mixing were handled by Shauny Cads at Last Light Recordings, with mastering by Dan Lowndes at Resonance Sound Studios. Artwork was crafted by Stefan Todorović of Khaos Diktator Design, layout by Chimère Noire Design, and photography by Dylan Ownes Photography. Ambient samples on select tracks were contributed by guest musician Michał “The Fall” Stępień.

COSCRADH’s brand of savage, occult black death metal will resonate with listeners who follow Teitanblood, Angelcorpse, Immortal, Absu, Black Curse, Mayhem, Beherit, Katharsis, and Cultes Des Ghoules.

Carving The Causeway To The Otherworld marks 20 Buck Spin’s first release of 2026 and will be available on LP, CD, MC, and digital formats on 20 February. Preorders are open now through the label’s webshop and Bandcamp.
